How will we become educated in the tools

Our specialists at MRA Axo33 will conduct education sessions for your Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to help them get a better understanding of our smart tools. For specific projects, detailed functional and interface documentation will be provided. These will inform you on how to integrate your traditional PLC automation systems with our tools.

Will MRA be available to support us through initial implementations? How?

As an engineering integrator through our partner program, you will be the first point of call for end users. We equip our partners with the tools they need to conduct basic fault finding and system restoration, ensuring swift restoration oof operations. In cases involving more complex issues, we’re readily available to provide assistance and support as required.
