With five long-standing certified engineers and two newly accredited team members, we have expanded our capacity to deliver high-integrity safety solutions for complex and critical applications.
The expansion of our accredited TÜV Rheinland-certified Functional Safety team reflects both the increasing demand for high-integrity safety systems and our ongoing commitment to raising the standard of safety in bulk materials handling. With seven certified engineers now in-house, we are better equipped than ever to deliver tailored, compliant solutions for our customers that protect people and assets in even the most complex environments.

Our in-house experts are highly experienced in executing the full Functional Safety Lifecycle for bulk materials handling operations. Working independently within our organisation, they provide objective, standards-based recommendations that balance safety performance with cost-effectiveness and practical system design.
We adhere to the highest standards, including AS 61508, AS 4024 and AS 61511, and have completed the full lifecycle across a range of applications, including:
- Safety Shutdown Systems: Emergency stops, safety lanyards and process shutdown mechanisms.
- Machine Protection: Overspeed and overtravel detection systems.
- Anti-Collision Systems (ACS): Advanced position sensing and machine-to-machine separation.
